Foton AUV Delivers 600 Units of New Energy Electric Buses to Pakistan
On August 10, BAIC Group held a delivery ceremony to celebrate reaching 40 million vehicle users in Beijing.
The 39,999,997th complete vehicle of BAIC Group is a Foton AUV pure electric bus bound for Pakistan. This delivery belongs to a major project covering 600 units of Foton AUV electric buses.
This is Pakistan’s largest single new energy public transport order after the release of Pakistan National Electric Vehicle Policy 2025-2030. It demonstrates BAIC Foton’s strong capacity to deliver large-scale new energy commercial vehicles to overseas markets.
BAIC Foton’s products and services have covered more than 140 countries and regions globally. For the Pakistan project, besides supplying pure electric buses and matching charging equipment, Foton AUV will assist local partners in building a KD factory. Technical support and industrial cooperation will help improve local bus manufacturing and after-sales operation capacity.
